How I price and sell
I start with closed sales in your own building, then adjust for floor, exposure, parking, laundry, and HOA dues before comparing against other buildings and active listings. Common buyer objections, like high dues or dated finishes, get addressed with data up front. HOA resale documents get ordered the day we list.
